Terms and Conditions

1. These T&Cs apply to the "Dental Health’s a Huge Deal" offer (the "Promotion").
2. The Promotion is available at participating vet practices only.
3. This Promotion begins on 27/01/2025 at midnight, runs for 6 weeks and ends on 09/03/2025 at midnight (the “Promotion Period”).
4. This Promotion only applies to dogs and cats over the age of 1 year old, who are healthy enough to undergo a general anaesthetic and dental treatment as determined by the vet.
5. This Promotion applies to selected dental treatments which includes:
   • Visual assessment (an examination of your pet's mouth, teeth, and gums to identify any dental issues)
   • Dental cleaning (scale and polish) under general anaesthetic
6. This offer excludes:
   • Dental x-rays
   • Peri-operative fluids
   • Pre-anaesthetic blood sampling
   • Any other diagnostic tests
   • Any dispensed medication
   • Further recommended dental treatment including extractions
7. This Promotion also excludes the treatment of any unexpected complications that occur during the planned treatment. These will be charged at an additional cost (if required) as determined by the vet.
8. The Promotion is open to new, past, and existing clients.
9. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Pet Health Club member discount.
10. Price for selected dental treatments listed above for CAT WAS £342 from 16/12/2024 to 26/01/2025. Price for selected dental treatments listed above for DOG WAS £369.20 from 16/12/2024 to 26/01/2025. Price for selected dental treatments listed above for CAT NOW is £299 and DOG NOW is £299 from 27/01/2025 to 09/03/2025.
11. All dental appointments made using this Promotion must be completed within one month of the Promotion Period end date.
12. To redeem the Promotion, you must call the practice directly or book at reception. Offer is subject to appointment availability.
13. We reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time.
14. We reserve in all respects the right to discontinue, at any time, for any reason and without notice this Promotion.
